Batman was already turning the corner when superman i assumed just flew down out of nowhere, so he slid into him kinda sideways, and considering the batmobiles speed and durability, it likely wouldnt immediately crumple around superman (although it wouldnt bounce off like that either. lol). With that said, while its not completely accurate by basic physics, that scene is a little comedic relief in showing how batmans ultra special batmobile that can take on damn near anything, is basically a puny toy in the face of superman.
Arguing comic book movie physics at this point in time is pointless. The fact that anyone is bothering to even bring that up is fairly confusing. That wasnt as egregious as some marvel movie comic shit.
