Yeah… I don’t really think Catfights is that far off. It’s like the pg-13 version of Girlfights. Oh well, I don’t think anyone really cares about the name… except me… Fightgirls… Skullbash… Battlin’ Broads… Blouse Battles… One More Once… Sunday Night Showdown… Skittle Grills… Some of those are semi-serious. Just sayin’, Catfights sounds a little middle-school imo. I’m sure you can think up something semi-not-lame/cliche. Unless I’m alone in this opinion.
Anyway, regardless of it’s title, I’d like to join again.
So I’m wondering if anyone else wants to help me run these? There’s been a lot going on in my personal life, so I’m not 100% sure if I’m going to be around Sunday now; but I’d rather not discuss the specifics

OK so here’s the plan. From now on the tournament will be self-sufficient. Let’s all meet up on #skullgirls-xbl at the specified time, and should neither me or Scrub Saibot be there, someone can offer the run the challonge. It’s really not that hard. Just make sure to name it basedbouts#, # being the number of the tournament; so this week will be challonge.com/basedbouts3
I figure this is the easiest way to do it, since we all (presumably) have lives that may or may not take over our Sundays.
I posted this in both Based Bouts thread, and I’m going to be changing this thread to the “Based Bouts Season 1 Discussion” thread. Each season will be 9 weeks long, and we’ll have seasonal champions and such. I’m going to be updating the OP with relevant information throughout the weekend (I’m both busy and deciding on certain things)

How long has the last couple Skullbox tourneys taken? I usually do other stuff on Sundays but I want in on some of dat Skullgirls.
Last one was around an hour. I think the one before was like an hour and a half.
Last one was also double elimination, when they are usually Swiss. Keep that in mind, I’m pretty sure Swiss takes a bit longer.
