I work AV in casino’s and hotels and dudes always leave shit like this,dentist.doctors, bio engineers all of them no matter how proffesional they dress and act. So I think it’s just the mentality of groups in general. The trash cans being full means the house men where not doing there job and that really can contribute as I’ve seen people looking for trash for minutes get fed up and just drop it off at radom places.
Regular house cleaning reminders over mics do help a lot. Next year just rock periodic announcements and have trash enforcers and rules it will be cheaper than $6000.
It was fun staying behind to help clean/pack saturday night, but what was left on sunday… Ugh, I feel genuinely bad for anyone who had to clean that. Disgusting, seriously.
Wasn’t just Sunday. I picked up no less than 3-5 articles of trash left behind by other players at my pool play matches.
We’re supposed to be human beings. If you can’t be arsed to pick up your trash after playing, don’t bring shit in. Over the weekend, I brought in exactly 2 cans worth of anything into the hall, and both found a trash can when I was done with them. I ended up throwing away about 4 times what I brought in.
Stop being animals. Be sensible.
Next year I’ll buy trash bags and walk around as often as I can, I don’t want evo to suffer bc of slobs
