The upcoming SFIV tournament @ gamestop is a fucking sham!! The are only allowing people that have pre-registered the game from they’re company to compete in the tournament. Now, I’ve been looking at the official game rules for over an hour and I can’t find shit about this stipulation. This to me is another attempt by a bloated corporate shitbag entity to raise their sales figures. Shame on SRK and shame on EVO for being associated with such a company. You mean to tell me that I have to pre-purchase the game @ a gamestop in order to compete in the tournament, a nationally advertised event? What about the people who have pre-purchased from another store, WELL before the gamestop tournament was even announced?!?!? BULLFUCKINGSHIT! I understand that SRK and EVO have no official power over the decisions over @ Gamestop, but please understand that a decision such as this not only alienates many people in the community, but also tramples on the very ideals on what a community is: An entity by the people and for the people. Not by a soulless corporation or for corporate profit. :annoy::annoy::annoy:
