he is the CEO of a huge bio technology company SIN under Bison i believe, he was designed to be Bisons new body, but he decided that he had other plans. He uses that DNA sampling machine in his stomach to take other fighters powers, he has scoured the earth to find the best powers to obtain… he doesnt really steal the powers as much as learn and master them. He uses Dhalsims teleport and his standing and j. away Fierce, Zangiefs Pile Driver, Ryu’s Shoryuken, Abels crouching Fierce, Guiles Sonic Boom (Ex throws 2), and Chun Li’s d+mk in the air, he also has 2 of his own moves, his FA looks like uriens shoulder charge… very interesting character, i do think that he will tie into the story of Urien and Gill… I mean his style and moves kinda match it, and i do believe that Gill and Urien are bio engineered in some way
if the sf4 tourny starts at 2pm dustin u think u could come down for the marvel tourny.My tourny starts at 4pm.I believe the gamestop is across from the east hills mall so it should be no problem.Abe bring tapei,aj,and tony.Also,dustin if u show up to the marvel tourny if u could bring ur custom disc and some people who play marvel that u know that want to come.holla its going down.
i talked to speedracer about the tourny he said he might come down as will with his marvel homies.He will keep me updated about coming down most likely i think he will show up but,its up to him. i will keep u guys updated.Utbe speedracer knows where james games is at hit me up.Also.abe i talked to carlos and clockwise mostly to carlos about the tourny they said they might come down too.I will keep u guys updated on that.Everybody spread the word.:lovin::wonder:

Yeah they are from Earth they are both Humans but they are Genetically enhanced by the Illuminati the organization that now follows Gill in his pre-fight opening. They were young boys that were among several chosen, Gill just became a better candidate for the messiah seeing as how he is much more powerful than anything else. He is believed to be the Emporer of the Illuminati reborn. An he can control Fire and Ice but also is powerful enough to call apon powers of god…? Seraph Wing calls upon the highest order of angels the Seraphs which have 6 wings, Resurrection (Jesus anyone), and Armageddon(The sky will rain fire…)
