Yeah, that and the mystery game tourney were my favorite parts. IMO ufgt is one of the most entertaining tourneys I’ve seen ever. Keits did a fantastic job and it makes me wish they could do something similar for Evo. I’m still going over the footage, I heard that they streamed the Balrog Ball over the BBCS2 tourney haha

Scott, I thought that auction was a great idea. I think they said one of the Canon’s thought of it. I didn’t see how they did it for mvc3. It’s a great idea for single character games though.
mike, yeah they just drew 3 character names out of a hat to form the team and people would bid to use it. each name had an assist attached to it, so when they called the character name, it also had the assist you had to use. so im sure they had the character in the hat 3 seperate times for 3 different assists. either way, awesome idea. its really interesting
