is LATIF a Saudi national with a student visa ? or was he born in the US of Saudi parents?

I believe he is a saudi national with a student visa. He has lived here for quite some time however and the important thing to remember is that he is American in the fighting game sense. He practices with Americans and is part of the american scene tournament scene.
