I wonder if Ruffallo’s 6 movie deal involves speaking parts in Ironman 2. Hopefully. It’d be nice to see Banner and Stark do wonderful science together in the sequel. They don’t even need Hank Pym anymore. or maybe the next Hulk movie will be set before the Avengers as they implied that ScarJo encountered Hulk before. She was holding back tears when Banner threatened her in India, you’d think she raped him.
I was hoping they’d take that shot out in the final cut of the film but then again, he could just be deathly allergic to her shampoo.

No I didn’t. And that’s why I’m saying he never felt like a real threat since he always felt like the underdog to me regardless of who he was fighting. Calm the fuck down.
Loki has them all on the run for the entire movie up until the avengers ‘assemble’ properly. He is totally comfortable and views the group as no threat whatsoever. Half the movie he was just wasting their time. He does get a little bit wrecked towards the end of the movie though.
Loki didn’t even try in the first few fights, he wanted to get caught remember. Hell he had the perfect opportunity to run off when Thor, Iron Man and Captain A where adding to the worlds Deforestation problem, and instead he stayed there and let them have their bitch fest, then recapture him. Loki’s not much of a fighter anyway, he’s a planner, a schemer. He almost won in the middle of the damn movie when got the Avengers to almost sink their own aircraft.
Exactly. This. Loki does not win by beating you up. He had pretty much won after he let himself get captured and unleashed the hulk in the carrier. As far as he was concerned Thor was the only one who could do any real damage and he knew for a fact that Thor could not stop the army by himself (plus I htink Thor’s power level was really low at that point or something)
And yeah, Loki isn’t a brawler - his only downfall was underestimating the team’s resolve to ‘assemble’. Hawkeye’s intel and his execution of taking out SHIELD’s base and splitting the team physically and emotionally was near perfect. Ironically, it was his murdering of Agent Coulson “because it’s fun” that began his downfall.
