Film was great. Good dialogue. Funny, but with heart: Whedon remembers these characters are imperfect, as all good characters should be.
WAY more screen time for Loki than in Thor. And Loki’s interactions with the heroes was AMAZING; hell, his stuff with Thor was better than in the shitty Thor film! As a villain fan – and a Loki fan – this pleases me.
Can’t think of too much the movie did wrong.

Neither should of had a movie though. Both Scarlett and Hawkeye should simply make constant appearances in OTHER people’s films…same way they were introduced. Its a good vehicle to keep Shields presence…
No, its not even the actress…she’s not special. Al lthe other Avenger’s have actual power. During the big fight…what did she actually do? Keep it 100 - they didn’t even have her playable in MUA1 or 2…watch her stil lbe a NPC in the Avenger’s the movie video game…
She was the one who closed the portal. That was pretty important.
Wow completely forgot he is Heimdall, haven’t seen the second Ghost Rider. That is really too bad because he is the only one I can see as Panther. I’m sure there is some unknown out there who could do an excellent job, I wonder how the movie industries in Nigeria and Algeria are.
Honestly, I believe it would be better if they were explored in Cap’s movie, since they dealt with each other a lot in the comics, rather than having another Avengers movie just to focus around them. I don’t know… When sitting there watching the next Avengers I don’t want them taking away from what’s going on to do a background story.
In addition to that, Captain America needs someone to “lead” in his movie anyhow, it’s too important for his character.

Also, Chiwetel Ejiofor gets my vote as well. He’s british, talented and he knows martial arts. (not to mention he’s been in a Whedon movie before, and he tends to recycle)

I think Hawkeye and Widow will be in Cap 2 extensively. They fit in with Cap, and seemed to work well together in Avengers. Hell, throw War Machine in there and you have some semblance of the Secret Avengers.
Oh yea, Hiemdall should totally play Black Panther, makes so much sense in the MCU, lol.
And I MCU, not Fox’s “Cinematic Universe”, before we see Human Torch/Captain America retorts. Idris is my nigga, but he’s already in the Thor universe, they need someone else, someone… Nigerian (yea, I’m Nigerian AND I’m biased, get at me).
Anyways I hope they put in Sharon Carter in Cap 2, because Peggy Carter (played by Hailey Atwell) is FUCKING sexy. I wanna see those sexy genes passed down.
Man Peggy Carter was the hottest chick in any of these films. Atwell looked so damn gorgeous in Cap with them curves and them lips.
