Did you ever read Priest’s BP run? Now I dislike Hudlin a lot for various reasons, but people like to say his BP run was too Afro Centric and borderline racist. And they never give him credit for his surge in popularity which he is still riding as of now. It makes me wonder if they have read what Priest wrote. And people claim to love Priest.

Gotta admit though, Storm and BP hookin up and marrying was a bit forced.

I am curious as to what they’re gonna do with now that Daredevil is back and his country is in disarray after his feud with Doom PLUS his sister is still the real Black Panther.

That epic part where Hulk slammed Loki all over the fucking place in the middle of his speech in the Stark building. I laughed my ass off so hard!

Lol, my theater LOVED that part. I couldn’t even hear what Hulk said after because people were laughing so hard. Loki’s face after the deed was priceless as well.

I stopped paying for Marvel comics specifically because of Doom War. God that shit was bad. So bad I actually called the dude who wrote it.

As far as I know, hes just doing Avengers shit atm.

Doom War…that whole storyline was interesting but fell apart at the end.

At any rate, back to the Avengers. I’m rewatching Thor and its still crazy how Asgard got a hold of all those artifacts. Definitely interested in how [details=Spoiler] Thanos would get a hold of the Infinity Gauntlet and also if they do a Dr. Strange movie, that orb of agamotto[/details]

Saw this last night, and yes. It was absolutely amazing. The only downside was my friends and I headed in later than we meant to so we wound up sitting in the 2nd row from the front seats (which, when it’s 3D is NOT cool). I liked all the little things and even though I only saw Iron Man 1 prior to it, I really enjoyed it. The way the characters interacted with each other was pretty good and everyone got a funny thing in (most of what Stark said, Thor’s bit about Loki, Hulk punching Thor, etc).

That being said, we NEED a GIF of Hulk slamming Loki around.

Ok so I did a bit of looking back and I realized that there is a chance I never read annihilation. I just really dont remember it enough but I did find that at the end, Thanos is indeed with death and they seem happy. Isn’t Thanos revived by Moondragon when she is tricked by (Oblivion?) into opening the cocoon, also I skimmed the first 2 or 3 issues of the imperative and he doesnt seem to mention being pissed about being brought back to life and torn from his lover. He does however thanks Drax for killing him even though it wasn’t permanent. Enough of this trying to recall the story for me, Im loading them onto my kindle to reread from the very beginning.

They will be confused and disappointed
He should not have been in the situation to begin with. Wasn’t a fan of the art or the story. They basically turned him into a street level Batman. Even gave him a police officer to work with that looked exactly like Gordon.

Considering he lost his powers, seemed like the logical step to do but I see what you saying.

As far as people being confused? Yeah possibly if they don’t know whats going on recently but i don’t know about disappointed. Out of all the Avengers books out right now, I like Secret Avengers more.
