It expands the story more but it is not better. It just shows that it was edited poorly (among other things wrong with that movie). The director is a no talent spineless hack. All you need to know is that he also directed the first Nic Cage Ghost Rider movie. The director complains in the commentary that the producers made him take out a lot of stuff but then his narrative style was pretty weak anyway and the fight scenes were still totally shit, so it doesn’t really change how good Daredevil was. The official director’s cut title is “Daredevil: A Daring New Vision” LMAO, what a douchebag.
I’ven more hyped than before, and I was pretty hyped to begin with!
This movie needs to be at least 3 hours long to really delve into all the characters, have good action, plus a fluid plot. I don’t want this shit feeling rushed and sacrificing one thing for the other.
That said, I think this movie will beat Avatar in sales gross…
More emphasis on the Daredevil’s story and less on the BS love story with Elektra that was played up in the theatrical version. We got to see Murdock doing a murder case that tied into the Kingpin and we got to know more about Matt himself. Definitely a better version all around.
Doubt it…its not a love story, so 40 year old mothers dont have an appeal to it

Yeah, I would like Avengers to do well, and I see it possibly ranking up there…but it’s gonna be solid nerds going to that, I don’t see the Twilight crowd heading off to see this movie. It will do better than Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, etc, individually, but not by much
haha DC is wishing they had a supergroup of 5 Christian Bale Batmans.
They could do a movie with West Batman, Keaton Batman, Kilmer Batman, Clooney Batman, and Bale Batman all forming a super team.
I love what they’ve done with Hulk. Kirby Hulk is a win.
