^my second in my favorite scenes, right behind Hulk hitting the leviathan with :h: making it flip.
Took my son to see this for his birthday. He loved it. it was pretty great on the second viewing as well.
I just recently picked up the rest of Brubaker’s run on Cap, and Strazynski’s Thor. I never got around to finishing either.
oh, and checking Amazon, The Infinity Gauntlet is the number one selling graphic novel right now. lol
One of the things I dont like about this is the “where’s spiderman”?
lolMarvel.
I can imagine he’s going to have a bigger role in the MU in the coming years due to his presence in the MCU now.
EDIT:
What do you mean?
It is completely obvious that Sony wont give up spidey so it is just annoying to see it again and again. But im curious though can they sneak in Miles Morales instead?
No Sony owns the Spiderman brand name in terms of cinemas for 2 more movies, then Marvel can buy him back from my undesrtanding.
Considering how Thanos Imperative ended, they’re gonna have to do some brainstorming on how to retrieve him from that alternate Universe plus last I checked he was fighting Nova and Starlord.

As it should always be :wink2:
I am so hype that there will/should be a variety of items featuring him. I hope they do a prop replica of the Infinity Gauntlet that I have been wanting since the book came out way back in '91 :clapdos:
Djurdjevic left marvel very publicly and loudly, he did a few panels at SDCC(IIRC?) where he put them on blast. it was around the time he gave spiderman the white ff suit, at that point he had already left but still had obligations to be at the panel? or something, look it up on CBR. It was funny though, he said that marvel never put him with writers he actually wanted to work with, and always stuck him with JMS who he didnt like.
I didnt realize that an artist can choose a writer

I had a preorder on that, but sadly it never came out, I think Marvel didnt like the way it looks, but I cant blame them, it doesnt like its a quality piece, but hopefully going forward, something new will come out.
So I’ve been going through and watching the marvel movies again, and what marvel was able to pull of is really miraculous, in all aspects. It’s really like the comics come to life.
And the guy who played Loki was an inspired choice.
I also really dig what happened in Thor being the basis for everything. Made third realization in avengers pretty powerful.
Anyway, back to watching Thor.
Beta Ray Bill has finally grown on me. I used to hate his design and wakadoo backstory, but I dunno, Horseman is pretty cool now.

It’d be an awesome and incredibly ballsy move if Thor 2 was a live action version of the Loki miniseries.
Thorse is that dude.

the higher profile you are, yes. just like low profile writers get whoever the editor decides to pair them with
I think the reason marvel keeps knocking it out the park with there movies is they find these actors that actually LOVE playing there roll. Not like, or think its fun but legitimately love playing the character. (not that marvel has anything to do with that directly
From IM to Thor and Loki.
If the IM movies had a villain that a actor played with as much passion as Loki or joker. It would do even better.
Also a good villain in a movie is money in the bank. Ahem (joker/Loki)
Also I think this batman movie is gonna do ok. No where near what the last one does. As weird as it sounds the batman crew looks so stupid to me as compared to all the marvel people in the movies (outside of cap) also I don’t think any of the big baddies or good guy actors really enjoy playing the character.
