Combo avs are cool though. If you can find good animation to use, especially if it can be looped well, I think they’re cool. It can actually be fun looking for that animation, and uhh…potentially tiresome as well. But I like the idea of putting actual animation from a game into an av. Now, let me finish this shit already.

This is probably one of the best avs I’ve ever done I think.
Best animation loops I’ve seen in one of those avatars. Very nice.
EDIT: I bought a domo-kun calendar and noticed that he was shoryu-ing in one of the pics so I had to scan it.
9/10 @ #6. I still love the nice flow in the animation. So hypnotic. The animation in the border is very hard to see. It might be the size but it also has to do with red and yellow not having enough contrast from each other. Actually, the animated border isn’t needed since one is drawn toward Alex’s super instead.
8.5/10 @ StuartHayden. Nice touch on the small details like the “SH” in the helmet and the last small sparkle in the animation. I’ve got sunshine…in a bag…
8/10 @ Mechanica. I can’t help but smile whenever I see that.
Thanks. The border is a bit hard to see at the bottom and at the left, because the animation is brighter there. You can clearly see it at the top though, since it’s darker. I think it looks better with the animated border regardless though.

celcius, I’ll give your current Necro a 7.7. Looks cool, on one hand though the blending/brush work makes it a bit cluttered-looking. Just my opinion. Unique though.
