I am trained for this kind of thing (I can photoshop, it’s just getting all the info into a static av sucks, and I don’t have any program to animate)

if i add a layer that was from bitmap format will that cause a lot of unnessecary space being used than from jpeg?

That av rocks, and you could so make it fit by cutting down the detail of the bg and/or trimming canvas size.

what you could do is not have 3s Ryu animated in turbo mode and just have him as a still since OG Ryu was standing still, also, the hurricane kick should’ve only spinned like 3 times instead of five…
