eins just recently changed the buttons, they didnt do such a hot job of it since the short on 2p doesnt respond unless you pound on that mofo. Wasnt able to tell to guy today. Sticks still the same but the new buttons are stiff good lluck mashing
The guy at eins said he would be fixing the sticks today. He didnt give me details about it but for sure the buttons will be fixed. as for replacing the sticks seems like that might be happening since they did just get in the new tekken and all.

I played a little tonight. The machine is garbage. Second player is completely messed up. Moving the joystick makes you kick and the LK button doesnt work anymore. To whomever I played before the controls gave out, it was fun while it lasted. 1st player’s controls are still a little squirrelly too. Oh well.

it shouldnt stay that way that long, eins will fix stuff theyve just been a little busy with other things i guess. I guess the more we bitch the faster they try and fix things. Then again I’ve only said something once and that was friday

I know sometimes its hard between school and work to make it to a major tourney like EVO, but Texas Showdown draws many high-level players that make for an EVO-ish experience.
We need local-area player support to make Texas Showdown a big success.

Yea not sure if Austin will be repping this year. We haven’t been practicing that much, but how can we do that without sticks. Anyway I would like to make it out again, it was really tyte playing all the out of towners. No sleep for 2 days also was not good, but was still really tyte experience and would like to enjoy one more tourney like that
