Bit late notice, but there are two of us from TX who are looking to stay the weekend and could use some help with housing. Would be much appreciated.
I’m gonna be honest with you, I’m still working on housing, but it’s probably a no-go. Apparently everyone who could house people last year either lost their housing or is now living at home with parents. So I think at a maximum, we’ll only be able to house like the first 10 or so people who asked and we’re already past that point. If you want, I can let you know the others who have requested housing who won’t be able to get any and you can see if they want to split a room or something. Very sorry we can’t get you for sure 
EDIT: I saw that you requested housing on the KC thread. I tried to get confirmation of how many of you needed housing, but never got a reply so I wasn’t sure if y’all were still coming.
That’s fair and totally understandable. I didn’t know how many were coming from Denton until a few days ago, and didn’t know if you were going to get back on us on rooms. I think both sides of the table were waiting for the other to respond first, but that’s all water under the bridge now.
If anything does come up, please let me know. I’ll keep checking this thread until the day of.
Sorry man. A ton of people have been requesting housing and it’s hard to keep track of it all especially since I was traveling a bunch the past few weeks. I tried to redirect people to this thread to formally request housing for a certain number of people. In any case, like you said it’s in the past. Would you guys be comfortable splitting room costs with other people? I might know a couple of people who are interested in splitting. Rooms are about 30-40 a night within the surrounding area. Don’t know when y’all are getting in.
Housing is full. Online preregistration closes in 2 hours 10 minutes. We may have a major announcement within the next day or so.

Have secured housing. Shreveport didn’t make the cut, but they’ve secured their own housing last I checked. I will fill in each of you guys with your housing hosts when I figure out who goes where. I have counted the number of housing spots available though and each of you is accounted for.
CPhame: If you could PM me, maybe we can work something out in regards to housing for you guys.
Me and another Tennessee player are probably (95%) coming and we’re in a similar situation, I have to wait a bit for confirmation from the other guy, but we could split a room with you guys.

EDIT: Brackets are in the process of being created, tweaked, and formalized. We will be emailing people their pool assignments soon. We will tweak the schedule slightly. We will also be PMing everyone their housing arrangements.
