There’s an interesting challenge in having contentious spirited discussions without going fully idiotic. You want to have villains without having … villains. People get triggered hard when people of the opposite POV pipe up, outraged when anybody from their own POV gets held to any kind of standard, and vice versa. You just kinda suck it up and I think you only step in when somebody is being actively bad/corrosive. Ride the tiger for as long as you can.
