Quick update… UCF Gameroom Arcade, CvS2 has been down for about 2 weeks now. Hopefully the dude that works on the machines can fix it, but I heard from Heaven Knight that its well fucked.
Hope, pray and cross your fingers!

It’s a nice move theatre, but the arcade has one MvC2 machine. lol. Does that count?
At this point, I think we’ll take what we can get As long as the location you put down has people that come to it on a regular basis, then it should be fine.
EDIT: I think that got everything that was posted since the last update - if I missed anything, please let me know.

Pretty good arcade. They have 3S, CvS2, MvC2 all for 1 token and if you get their early bird special it’s like 100 tokens for $15. The games are in good in good shape although the CvS2 has weird shaped joysticks. Oh yeah, there is also a food place in the arcade that sells nachos, pizza and even egg rolls and kimchi… dood!
Updated…dood!
Flipper’s Arcade and Cinema… in Broward?!
A friend of mine clued me in on this one… its in west Hollywood, FL. Its actually a Gameroom/Arcade with a theater in the back.
It has CvS2, MvC2 in good working order. The GGXX cab had some button issues with player 1 side.

With the Flippers in Kendall closed for upwards of a 1~2 years, I have to wonder the obvious- did they move some of their cabs to this Broward location? The CvS2cab is definitely not the same, as I specifically remeber the Kendall one having Perfect 360’s, this one has regular competition sticks.
This location is open late, and my friend says that there is some comp… but upon investigation during spring break I couldn’t find any. Perhaps I was too high and came during off hours.
got it
Get some sleep Yeah Dood…
I forgot to mention that Fun Fun Fun arcade also has VF and Tekken… :wasted: I’m not sure which one they have because I don’t play either game so maybe some one else can give a more accurate… :bluu: ah geez, I don’t know what I’m saying… dood!
got it, dood!
GameLAN’d in Charlotte has been closed for months now.
FunFunFun in Fayetteville has VF4 Evo and Tekken 5.0
Cool, thanks for the update - do you guys have any info about any other arcades? Are those Gamefrog places I keep hearing about in NC or in VA?
Any 3s cabs near Ft. Lauderdale?
Don’t quit your day job Yeah Dood…
Hey BobSmack, I was off a little on the price for FunFunFun’s early bird special, it’s 80 tokens for $10 or 200 tokens for $20. Sorry about the mix up, I’m a total retard when it comes to numbers… dood.
Gamefrogs are LAN cafes, so unfortunately outside of having the space to host fighting tournaments, you won’t any actual competition there unless you want to play against a bunch of 12-year olds in Counterstrike, Halo, or Gears of War.
