Runs at a lower number of frames, slowdown, and screen tearing. It all gets fixed with the patch though.

Do it Capcom. Make him DLC and have him out by March. Hell if you want to have it so that people that purchase the game get a DLC code for free for UMVC3. Easy marketing.
