Forgive me if I’m a nub on that stick, but does SFAC = SFAE? Cuz someone is sending me a SFAE (15th anniversary stick) plexi to work on, so if that’s the same thing I’m likely to have that plexi up in the near future.

Yup, it’s the same thing. That’s good to know, I’m learning photoshop just to create my own artwork and will be in need of some plexi!

The Button stays, but the Snap Tab does not snap.

I was able to snap them… just have to press on the buttons quite a bit, but they do snap if you remove the original art anyway.

its ok i can wait, i just want to see what it looks like and im not using “stretch to fit” im using “free transform” then i drag the whole image to fit the sample, is that ok ?

I notice that some people like in the above link have a white bezel instead of the red one that comes with the TE. I was just wondering, did they purchase it somehow from Art? or did they paint it themselves? If they painted it, does anyone know a good type of paint to use? I don’t think acrylic paint would be good since I know that stuff will scratch/chip off. I don’t want a paint job to show any brush strokes either.

All right, so Art is the man. Not only does he provide this pro-level beautification service to us, but the guy is just on top of stuff and knows how to take care of people.

A+++, would buy again, highly recommend, etc. etc.

Not only that, but he’s definitely got a love for the scene and community. The gaming community I belong to (VGEvo.com) is having a raffle to support the I Got Next documentary:

We’re making a custom stick to raffle away and Art here has stepped up and offered some of his product to give away in addition to doing the plexi and etching for the stick. He’s been so accommodating and helpful in this whole process… can’t thank him enough.

I read Art’s FAQ about how you shouldn’t get the “Don’t cut middle screws” option if you’re going to get your plexi etched. I won’t be planning on getting anything etched but my question is, if I choose to leave middle screws unholed, will there be any wiggle? or will it stay intact?

I suggest getting the middle screws cut because having them helps keep the plexi more snug and flush to the panel. It looks cleaner, and should move less.

I know there have been questions about plexis for the Agetec stick since Art started but Im wondering what ever happened did anyone send in their stick to get a template made or did Art ever do any of those custom agetec orders other people had asked for? I have AJtheMishima modding my Agetec and Im looking all over to find one:sweat:

If he doesn’t contact you, that usually means everything’s going just fine. Unless something’s wrong with his order, or you need to change it, I’d refrain from contacting him - he’s probably incredibly busy as it is, and each time he has to check a confirmation, it’s less time he has to work on stuff. Rest assured, he probably got it.
