cool just got an email from art…said it will be ready by friday…yes i’m marwin by the way…
Just a question to other people while I’m waiting for mine.
My friend who recently got plexi and art for his TE said that his screws that hold the plexi/art are coming loose and won’t stay. I know there’s protrusion from the plexi and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if it’s just him.
If no one else is having this issue. Is the screw tight and secure?
I bet what happened to me happened to him. He may need to push the nut under those screws up a bit so it catches.
Madcatz glues a nut under some plastic that those screws thread on and catch. Well if you happen to make one come loose than it won’t catch on the screw because it drops a bit down in the plastic mold it sits in, if pushed too far down it will fall right out and you have to fish it out and stuff it back up there.
On mine I had to reach under and push the nut up good so that the screw would catch. The one that came a little loose on mine is the center bottom screw.
Am I making sense?

Cool, just to clarify one thing. I think I made it sound like I reach up and hold the nut in place while I thread the screw. You have to just push the nut up really good, close the case up and then lightly start to thread the screw with your finger, don’t press down hard or it will push it back down.
I suppose you could also add some glue to avoid this down the road. lol I hate messing with glue though.

Just wanted to write a note that I got my TE plexi and it’s really really nice. I hooked up my TE with custom art, but I’m hesitant to post a picture since the bezel doesn’t yet match the color scheme of the art I chose. Once it’s all set up I’ll post a pic for all to ogle 
FYI, It may have been mentioned but it should be reiterated since this is one thing I was worried about until I got it- the TE plexi does stick out a bit over the bezel, but it’s negligible and only really noticable in the close-up pictures. In practice, it plays the same as it did before.

Had to post here also to give props to Arthong…I love the plexi!!! QUALITY gets an A+++++++++…I might have to have you make me a custom plexi to replace my bottom plate for my bottom art!!..I’ll email ya!

Whew… Sorry about not updating sooner guys. Definitely pushing all available time to churn out the plexis and get loads of artwork printed and cut. Still not sleeping till 3am-4am, lol.
But the good news is I’m pretty caught up. The rest of the last week’s orders on my plate mostly include artwork, which should be caught up tonight, except for those I’m still talking to on some art modifications.
This weekend will be clearing up the BIG Canada order, so Meus, yours should be ready by Monday or Tues. I’m hoping to get the artwork print out tomorrow. Will also be getting to the new orders so those should go out quickly.
With that said, I can finally avail the HRAP1/T5 plexi’s this weekend. Sorry for the extra wait on those.
Also this weekend will be working on the VSHG cover prototype, for those interested. And if there’s some time left, I might even be able to play around with the SE cover.
Overall, lots and lots to do! My gf’s about to quit her PetCo job and just work for me, lol.
And still a backlog on getting to emails, so I’m getting to them one at a time. If you haven’t heard from me, and it’s only been a day since your email, please bear with me. Many people ahead in line that I need to get to, and I still need to eat and sleep =)
