I’m afraid I never had the top bundle option. Only bundles available have been Bottom + Art and Side cover + Art. Sorry.

Please read the FAQ on my site. Thanks.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeird. My mistake, then.

sup art, bit interested in trying out some bottom plexi for the TE, but noticed there’s no mirror or etching options for the bottom plexi. was I just not looking in the right place or are these not available for the bottom plexi? will they ever be made available for it? personally think a mirror finish for the bottom panel would be pretty sexy.

Friendly reminder. Still waiting on plexi for the Pelican Real Arcade Pro.

Just ordered my Plexi replcement panel for my te , pretty excited to replace the loud tin sounding plate that comes on there !!

Just got all my recent orders in. Great work as always! The HRAP Top loaders work like a charm! Thanks again

Be sure to report back on how loud the acrylic panel sounds compared to the heavy steel plate.

Quick question to art or anyone who has tested these full panels…do screw in buttons like the obsn’s leave any kind of marks on the plexi from being tightened? I already have buttons I’d like to use but was worried about it leaving little scratch outlines around every button hole.

Question… I was just about to order a panel replacement with the UMK3 layout. I noticed that the High Punch button is partially sitting over something inside that might obstruct the button according to the panel builder. I don’t have my TE stick here to open up and look right now. Is this going to be a problem?

You will need to dremel out any plastic that gets in the way of the button. Unfortunately, that layout doesn’t fit in the TE without removing some stuff.

Hey Art How’s my order coming? Spitfie…

in terms of comfort which plexi is more comfortable on most peoples hands for the TE stick the Full panel or the extended? i know its a matter of preference but i just wanted to hear some opinions.

Just when I thought I’d be ready to order as soon as Art’s site was back up, I get cock blocked by his new TE replacement panel options. :frowning:

I was thinking of going with some full panel black acrylic, but seeing as the extended replacement panels sit within the bezel perimeter, I’m not so sure what to commit on just yet. If I’m following correctly, replacement panels sit flush with the TE face (not above it, like the standard extended plexi), meaning no raised edges, right? It wouldn’t be much of a concern of mine if Art offered rounded corners with the full panel, but it’s looking like a extended replacement panel might be the way to go as it offers the same real estate as a full panel w/o the raised edges.

Also, I know you have a picture sampling the extended replacement panel in white (with the Blast City layout), but do you have a picture of it in black to drive my decision home?

This might be a bad place to ask, but ive been trying to hunt down a full TE template with the black viewlex design on it. If anyone has seen one, ive been searching most of the day for one. I want to get 2 full te tops for my old TE, and my new one when it arrives.

Is it because you not type VEWLIX that you not find?

I cannont fiend tha viewleixes! Omg lol wtf

dude i think i posted it for you in the template thread someone was asking there i posted the full and regular version in a psd

Bah, I guess I’ll have to crack open a stick and see how much work this is going to be in the morning. Thanks for the help.

It is just a thin piece of plastic.
Just cut is all.

Currently I don’t have the various color options for the bottom plexi’s. I do plan to add the different colors and possible etching to them. It is on the list to do, but I have to get through quite a few things first. I’ll try to update the bottom option soon as I can.

Thanks. Still on my list but I’ve got a ton to work on at the moment.

Glad to hear more feedback on the toploaders!

You will eventually get button outlines, this is unavoidable for any plexi/plastic surface. For the bottom, where you’re tightening your screw, it’s going to be plastic rubbing on plastic… you’re going to get some fine scratches. On the top, when you’re pounding on your buttons, it’s also going to be plastic rubbing against plastic. It’s very slight, but over time it’ll wear. However, the buttons will always cover up those areas so the scratches shouldn’t be visible when all buttons are applied.

Please review how to contact me in regards to your order: http://www.tek-innovations.com/arthobbies/index.cfm?loc=about&sub=contact

If there are any issues in regards to your order you will be notified when I begin working on it.

The extended full plexi panel does have a raised edge. Remember the replacement plexi’s are 1/8" thick. Note that the bezel dip area (and size of metal panel) is only 1/16". You’re going to have a raised edge when putting a 1/8" to replace that. The result would be similar to having the 1/16" plexi cover applied with artwork on top of your metal panel.

As for pictures, I don’t have a black one specifically for the blast city layout. Due to higher costs of colored acrylic I have to limit the use of them for sample. There’s no way I can make a sample for every configuration on every stick type. If you just want to look at black acrylic samples, I do have pictures in the plexi-cover section. They’re 1/16" but the black is the same color. For a panel replacement, I have a UMK in black for the HRAP panel replacement. Hope those work for you. Thanks.
