Slade is a super troll. But at the same time, he’s the only one smart enough to do what I always wished other super villains would do by revealing their enemy’s secret identity. Granted, he didn’t do it on the grand scale to make it really matter, but it’s a broken tactic in psychological warfare.
He couldn’t reveal it on a grand scale anyway. Oliver was already essentially absolved of being the Arrow due to his Season 1 plan. Telling close family friends might work but he’d have to come with some hard proof to get the general public to believe it.
Slade just straight up said it then turned around and walked away. Hahaha.
I’m not used to seeing slade as a thinking man’s killer. I’m only familiar with his new 52 incarnation where he’s basically a remorseless killer for hire…him going all geese howard seems so out of character to me lol.
I like how slade his fucking with Ollie’s head, its a smooth move. I’m not sure I like evil shado ghost talking him into stuff.
You guys make a good point about Malcom coming back. I’m assuming Ollie will never kill deathstroke he be too good of a reoccurring character. I think him and slade are gonna make up at some point, they won’t be full bro mode, but slade won’t dedicate every waking second to killing him is all. Maybe when they find a cure to the serum? Which I’m assuming is coming for no other reason than to give it to roy

The more and more I think about it, Slade wasn’t trolling. That nigga was straight up hating. LOL!!! Reminded me of that scene in Belly.
Laurel is definately in danger of getting done off now. When non members of team arrow find out the secret, they get done off. They gonna put her joint right next to tommys
Hate to be a critic, but Slade telling Laurel could have been a lot smoother. He was doing SOOOOO well up until that point. Look at how much he accomplished by kidnapping Thea:
- Messed with Ollie’s head
- Control of Queen Industries, which also leads to making more of the serum
- Brought crap down upon Detective Lance
- Put a schism in the team (lost Roy)
- Thea now hates Ollie
- Got more guinea pigs for the serum. Honestly, this isn’t as huge since they could have high jacked those inmates and Ollie wouldn’t have known, but it still worked
But instead of looping in Laurel in all this, Slade’s like “Oh yeah, forgot about her. Okay, I’ll just straight up tell her who Ollie is.” It’d be more badass to video record Green Arrow fighting and have all those men’s purpose to be simply remove his hood or something. Then he could send a DVD to Laurel and potentially anybody (but really, just to Laurel because what villain uses the same trick twice?).
Wow this show is going so ham right now, I’m definitely looking forward to the next episode.

Moira only name dropped him to get Merlyn to back off and Ollie mentioned during the Nyssa episode that they had to do everything in their power to avoid fucking up with Nyssa so Ra’s DOESN’T feel like he has a reason to show up.
I thought it was great, what the Joker say in DKR all people need is a little push. Laurel will fuck things up for Ollie and Co, I was kinda hoping we wouldn’t see drama queen again sigh
I’m sure Slade has always known where Ollie hides out.
It would be cool if Slade teamed up with Ollie to stop Malcom than him teaming with Malcom.

Personally, I like Merlyn as a villain more than Slade. Slade is out for the lame revenge of a girl who didn’t actually even liked him. That’s like Obito status. Merlyn is rich, powerful, a damn good fighter, and yet still just a human. He seems like a better villain to me.
Slade will relegate to being a regular mercenary. That meracuru is the only reason why he’s out for lame revenge. Part of me thinks Ivo plays a part in this still considering he was alive in the flashback.
Aside from being bitchmade I love ruthless slade is being.
I’m fairly certain sarah will be killed and Roy disarmed by the end of the season.
