At this point he probably doesn’t even care to figure it out. It’s not really important.
Again, why would he give a shit at this point? The fact that Sara’s alive and back pretty much buries any grudge he had with Ollie (as shown in this episode) and he really has no use for knowing who the Arrow is, especially since Sara’s partnering with him anyway and he has a direct phone line.
I mean, other that curiosity’s sake, he doesn’t really gain anything from figuring it out or doing anything with it if he already had. If anything he’s probably better off not knowing.
I did not see the Sin twist coming. I guess we won’t get no Sara-Sin lesbian action. Also, I’m glad they had Felicity in sweats again.
I didn’t until the pilot mentioned the daughter and the fact that they made a point to interact the two within the episode again. Still though, it’s nice to see even that had a reason.

The odds are fine. It seems hellishly coincidental because we’re meeting him after the fact. The only reason we know about Sin is because Sara met the pilot in the first place. The only slightly long odds are the fact that the pilot might’ve also been from Starling City (and thus Sin as well) but there’s no guarantee that he wasn’t from elsewhere and Sara didn’t just track her down and move her to Starling.
i dunno if a dude was pretty much the center point for all the fuckery in his family id be fuckin pissed. remember ollie is pretty much the reason for:
speedy and dads estrangeness in the beginning of the city which at that point is a couple years.

He was pissed. He’s had a couple of years to get over it, he has his daughter back and Ollie has been nothing but helpful to him since returning. Pretty much while he did have his venom, he has new perspective on things. Yeah, Sara being gone caused the divorce but from the looks of things that marriage was going to have issues eventually anyway. Yeah, the heavy drinking is bad but because of that episode he now knows the demons it can bring and is better equipped to at least try and deal with Laurel.
Ollie fucked the Lance Family over bad, we all know this. However, it was plenty said this episode. For all the hell that happened, Sara still came back, both Ollie and Sara fucked up and have apologized 100 times over and both went through personal hells which are more than enough punishment. Both have had the island episode and being absent thrown back at them enough. It’s at the point where they have to stop being blamed for everything. Either they’re forgiven or they’re not but what happened cannot be continuously thrown at them forever.
The point is that while somewhat coincidental, it’d probably be a LOT LESS coincidental if we had saw this scene before meeting Sin in the first place. Plus you know, I don’t believe the pilot ever gave his reason for flying around there anyway.
