ya that may be the reasons why alot of the fights look so good. its been obvious the girls were fighting but i didnt know stephen did so much. makes editing aloooott more smooth and the fight coordinator has put some great stuff together. its great these actors are so athletic.
I remember the first episode of Arrow they had him doing parkour.

i was always confused why they got the parkour/ninja warrior gym setup but he didnt do much on the show. shit this nigga is working wall flips for no fucking reason lol. im wondering if they cut alot of stuff.
Parkour is fucking dope. Wish I had the balls and physical acumen to learn it. lol
i think anyone can do it given enough time. you should look for a gym that offers it…theres alot of levels to it. its not all jumping off of buildings…like lotz video shows alot more of the flow idea…running over lil things you find at a park. still very good for health and keepin the body active.
Might look into that eventually, I wanna atleast try it once in my lifetime
Take a look around, there may be parkour gyms in your area. Sometimes groups rent out a gymnastics hall to help teach newcomers.
i know a ton of parkour guys on the east and west coast and can def point you in the right direction if you ever get motivated to try it
