Captain Lance is not an idiot. He knew Laurel was Black Canary without having her tell him. He admitted he knew when Laurel finally told him that Sara died.
As for Arrow, it’s not a case of him not knowing but Lance not wanting to know. Like he said last season, he won’t be able to utilize Arrow how he wants if he knows and showed an understanding as to why he keeps himself hidden. Same reason why Gordon doesn’t want to know who Batman is. Lance and Arrow’s relationship is no different here.
Following your gut is detective work 101. If he didn’t follow his own judgment on things he would make for a lousy detective.
Lance knew better when other copycat archers popped up killing people. This dates back when he absolutely hated Arrow. He familiar enough with how Ollie works to know his handiwork.

I noticed that it too. Ollie did Roy dirty.

I felt the episode should have ended with Felicity with an arrow to her chest. Would have made things more personal and would have definitely let Lance know it wasn’t the real deal killing people everywhere.

I was gonna say that too. That the fight choreography looked hella shitty this episode. When it was arrow vs those 3 assassins, i was like who the fuck choreographed this shit, it looks atrocious.
