And by anyone, I mean Rock.
I think that’s the only real issue people have with Ra’s is his looks
The guy playing him is a pretty decent actor, just not anybody’s first choice (but neither was Liam Neeson I suppose)
Sometimes thea has that heavy lisp, and sometimes she doesnt, its interesting. I doubt its added for her character, and is just something she works on to hide often, but like the first season it was always there, and then it was on and off and season 2. I dont know.

Oliver is so fucked up emotionally. Now your sister under the influence of a drug that actually exist in the real world, from a plant thats super fucking common, killed sara, and its just like, okay, more happiness gone, and now once again by a family member (although circumstances were different).
Looking forward to alternate timeline ollie in the flash, after it gets fucked up soon. LOL. His character can get out some of that frustration of not deading his opponents, and lighting them on fire to make sure theyre dead.

the writers are confirmed for watching bleach…ollie made the 5 second comeback and his music came on…ra was like nahh…and they cut his fucking music off lmfao.

Yes, the image and voice seem off. What matters though is the presence and aura. And he, surprisingly enough, pulls it off with gravitas. It’s like Ra’s just jacked someone else’s body and is using it…which he’s actually done before ironically enough.
nah hes a decent enough actor but he didnt give me the sense of impending doom or make me not wanna look him straight in the eye out of fear. He didnt truly capture the character correctly for me personally. plus i kept hearing him screw his accent up and once i heard it…i could only focus on him fighting it.

Still tho, you’d think Ollie would put up a much better fight considering he managed to give The Flash hell prior, should’ve been able to dodge some really old guy’s strikes, all things considered
But I suppose that’s where suspension of disbelief is supposed to kick in. Guess now we wait and see who gives Ollie a Lazarus bath

He came prepared to fight the Flash, whereas he never saw how Ra’s operates.

He actually came with all his equipment, weapon of choice, and had backup and other things ready against Flash, whereas he was stuck in essentially a sword fight against Ra’s
