Yeah the colours are a heavy grind. Reaching 47 on hard then having the A.I Vega read my every move and beat me nearly a perfect is just bullshit plus it sucks that you get zero xp if you dont finish it
Worst part next to them being locked behind survival. They don’t stack. So doing hell mode and then finishing at lvl 90 should give you hard mode and all the colours below that one.
It doesn’t really work like that though because difficulty scales differently on different modes. They should just get rid of it, best solution. I used to like survival modes, but when they become mandatory…
I think they should just do it sf4 route at the very least, this time they didn’t do any taunts because why bother i guess …

beat it with Alex finally. anyone have any good tips for clearing hard with Necalli?

i just fought ti get a knockdown and from there, the computer will fall for cr.lp cr.lp stomp loop or headbutt into headbutt. I usually did headbutt loop except against certain characters like Cammy whose ai can get out of it so for them i switch to the stomp loop. Bison and FANG are good at getting out of both loops sometimes so be careful against them. Ken, Cammy and Necalli will dp your cr.lp if you try to land it meaty so for them wait a little for them to get up and you’ll get dp’d a lot less often.

With necalli I beat it by going ham on everyone but bison cammy chun birdie and Laura. Against bison just hp dp during his pressure and dash hp dp at start. Cammy and chun abuse sweep and crossup after into max damage. Laura is a toss between ham and chum strategy. And birdie I just got lucky

This shit isn’t half as bad as you guys make it sound to be. It doesn’t matter which character you are using, just go for safe jump ins and be patient. Taking a break every 10 fights is probably a good idea too.
Just keep dping, and when they don’t quick rise jump in on them. When u get to around 33 start using defence up
