just an update this guy is not surprisingly full of shit, currently colors aren’t unlockable via modifying server requests on PS4 in case anyone was wondering.

Someone on youtube has posted videos of himself clearing hard with all characters, but I don’t think anyone will clear hell with all characters for a long, looooong time.
I think cheaters/tool assisted users have probably done it.
I’d do it myself but I’m not suicidal.
If you cleared all survival mode difficulties with all characters… Man that would be a lot of fight money.
I finally did it with Ryu last night. Now I gotta do it over again for his Battle Costume -_-
on a side note I’m not really happy with the Alt Colors for the game. They Really missed the ball on some of the classic colors.
top row 1st four… wish they would add these somehow. Not sure if it’s the brown glove or the actual colors I like.
All of these Bison colors are better than the some they gave us in this game.
I think just because of the tedium required to play survival mode if I had a choice between throw down 20 for the season pass or grind EVERY characters survival I’d just pay money.
Probably an intentional design choice 
All story modes + survival on all characters/difficulties is a little over 1m.

This way to unlock colors is another horrible time wasting bad idea Capcom came up with. They are just screwing us over and over again at every turn. This is just another way to milk some more money for unlock dlc for the colors.
They already screwed us over with a $60.00 price tag on a unfinished censored game (Mika is my main) now they want to milk the colors something that should be standard in the game. If they want to charge for colors add in a 2nd set of 10 and charge for it.
I got the colors for Mika but I will not do it for anyone else. FU Capcom
Unlocking colors through Survival is a pain in the ass, but only unlock the colors of the outfit that you were wearing is even worst. The characters will be like 3 or 4 alts, having to go through this every time… damn
Capcom needs to release this March update already, I need to know if I should use a trainer or not already. Need my white Charlie.
