http://www.4gamer.net/games/190/G019042/20131002067/ We have a changelist for 1.04. Don’t feel like posting the haphazard changes I have figured out (Someone will translate it at some point better than me)
Highlights: Weiss Air normals got hit
Elsa oki got hit
Zenia got hit
Yoriko 236a is no longer a low
Mei-fang got hit
Heart got back 2c > 236b (lol)
Health is universally higher (again, they already buffed this in LM)
I would be really hyope if they made a bundle of AH3LM and the new DaemonBride, but i guess that Examu just doesn’t care abot that game anymore :shake:
So, do we still don’t know if the game will be ported by ASW?
And i insist, it would be neat if ASW/Examu decide to package the new AH3 with the new DB, a man can dream
This is the WORST update in a fighting game I have ever seen! Examu is a lazy piece of shit company! If this game is going to be released only on a different game disc in full price, DON’T FUCKING BUY IT! Put your wallets away!
For God’s sake pick up Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R, because that game is, in fact, the best fighting game ever made!
I’ve been interested in getting into Arcana Hearts for some time, but have not taken the time to. Looks like it may be that time. I must admit taking on a totally new fighting game is exciting to me. Any basic advice from anyone who’s played the previous games?
The console ports for AH1 and AH3 were solid…
The console port for AH2 was junk by all reliable reports… avoid the PS2 port of AH2. Seems like a lot of what was in AH2 carried over to AH3 at any rate.
I haven’t really played a lot of Arcana Heart, period, but it seems like it’s got more depth to it than most other anime-derived/girl fighter games do. Unless you’re training for Street Fighter IV tournaments, you might want to take a break from playing many other fighting games to get into this one.
Off-hand, the only other anime fighter that seemed decent to me was the Persona 4 Arena game. I thought AquaPazza was pretty-looking but just not a deep fighter at all. Arcana Heart 3 definitely seems like the deepest of the recent anime-ish fighting games, period. Just be aware of the cute factor and take into account that it does not necessarily play like a Capcom fighting game!
Regardless of how well AH3 did in the States or Europe, the fact of the matter is that it’s almost a sure bet that the next installement of the Arcana Heart series will hit a console in the future whether that console is the PS3 or PS4. Now whether anyone bothers with a North American or European console port of the game is another question… I had no problems, though, buying AH3 on disc (I bought the European/UK limited edition of the game which was mostly identical to the limited edition Japanese release but half as expensive!) and had no issues with that disc working on my American PS3. In fact, my console connects fine to PlayStation Network and STILL updates with bug fixes as if I had bought the PSN American digital download version of AH3 instead of the UK disc!
