That weiss was so terrible though, seriously. You guys will find out…you NEVER used Weiss’ j.E as air to air or even as a jump in…WAY too many frames. Esp against Kamui or Akane. Also shout outs to him doing the proper bnb starter and air combo, but ending in shoryu looool

Don’t be a defensive ass, Chibi. Of course I was referring to myself as part of American scene. I wouldn’t have talked about vouching for one format over the other at tourneys if that wasn’t the case. It’s not like I said white people are dumb, or tora tora tora. 
Sabin: TBH Rob’s already lived in Japan longer than I have my entire life so that should go to him. He’s half Japanese to begin with anyhow, lol.
To be fair, I don’t think the Famitsu Xbox 360 writer (I’m not sure who he is) has played the game much at all. And his showing was more than what you would usually expect from Famitsu staff when it comes to core games like fighters and shmups. And ending the combo in DP isn’t necessarily dumb, Heart players do that sometimes too if they prefer extra damage over knockdown.
The Arcadia side was Densetsu no Otaku, I think, but I’m not really sure. They only referred to him as ‘Arcadia-san’ and I don’t recall his hair being that long, but maybe he grew it out. He’s always been the go-to-guy at Arcadia for Arcana since AH1 including being the host commentator at past Tougeki, so it would make sense if that was him.
Dude on the mic was definitely Pachi. He got that unmistakable look, lol.

But actually the dj follow up wtih E ender actually does more damage as well + KND compared to the one he was doing (he skipped dj. + any buttons), if you must know.
Just noticed the port has COLOUR SELECT! Finally, no more having to remember L1 + Triangle for my colours.
Edit: I think the port might actually lag *less *than the arcade version this time… or they sped up the Flower Arcana Blaze… or it’s just me.
wow those sidebars actually look really cool and actually enhance the battles from one point of view.
I still prefer without sidebars but those animations and conditions look cool enough to use once in a while.
I laughed so hard when Weiss was KOed and Weiss in her sidebar plopped down offscreen. xD
Someone decided to see what happens if you fire Petra’s bullets in widescreen mode. Looks like they bounce differently compared to 4:3 because the screen is wider.
I’m gonna keep an eye on this for a couple of hours before I go bed… :3
