Yes I previously have. Their customer service is a little dodgy. I ordered a 360 TE stick in Tuesday morning. The status of the item was “In Stock” so I thought I was good. I even e-mailed them the day before (Monday) to see how many they had in stock. They replied with this-
“There are about 6 units left. We should have more by the end of this week.”
Then somebody posted a link here to their site. Soon enough the stock status of the item changed to “Sold Out”. So I was like crap…I then sent them an e-mail asking if my order is OK and if the item will ship out. They replied with this-
'Your order is OK & will ship this week. "
So I was like alright I guess I’m fine. At Thursday I checked my bank account like I usually do until I found something interesting. The $169.02 that hitech-sales charged me disappeared. So I, fearing the worst, thought that they canceled my order since they were out of stock. I e-mailed them asking if they did cancel my order but I received no response.
They still have not responded to me so I had enough. I e-mailed them again saying that I’d like to cancel the order. No e-mail from them yet. This is actually the 3rd time this has happened. I used 3 different sites to order a 360 TE stick from and they all refunded me because they were out of stick- even though when I ordered the stick the status of the stock was at “In stock”.
So I was fed up. I hang around the SRK IRC room and kfree of modchipman.com was there. He read what happened to me and offered to sell a 360 TE to me for $165.00 shipped with FedEx Ground. I accepted using the money that hitech-sales refunded me. kfree shipped the stick out the same day and I couldn’t be happier. Big props to kfree and the site modchipman.com for their excellent service!

I doubt that they will ship it out as I have explained what happened to me. Check if they have refunded your money in your bank account. Maybe you’ll get lucky and they’ll actually ship it out. All I know is that I’m finally getting a TE stick after months of searching lol.
God damn it!! I ordered my TE for the 360 from a Gamestop on 12-5-08, it still has not come in!! So I have been calling every store around now, and they always either say no, or say they have PS3 TE!! One time I called, the guy said that 3 TE 360 sticks showed up, but there was a guy waiting and he bought all 3 like 10 minutes before I called!!
So much rage. People are just walking into stores around the country and buying multiple TEs without pre-ordering? WTF is going on with mine?!

I have ordered it at 5/19/2009 04:31 PM (tuesday) and they didnt reply to an e-mail about asking to change the name that is in the adress.
Yesterday ive sent them another e-mail (by google checkout) asking them how was my item, and no response either.
Ive checked my bank account and the credit card account and no refunds so this means they didnt cancelled mine?
But how can this be, if (as you say) you ordered before me?
No idea dude. Check again in a couple of days. I believe they have a phone # that you can call but I couldn’t be bothered.
Yeah, you can special order one, they check if they have one in another store, and ship it in a few days. I actually found out about it in this thread, and did a little research online and yeah, they do that for games and for the sticks too.
I got a ps3 TE accidently. >_>; Yeah I know, I wanted a 360 but ended up jumping the gun and buying a ps3 one. When i realized GS couldn’t cancel it they said, and they were sold out of the 360 one, so i got a ps3 te that i don’t want unfortunatly. I gotta keep looking around for a 360 TE.
Still didn’t get my stick yet… T.T and tomorrow is sunday and monday is memorial day. FUCK!!!
Just got two SEs
Got my two Fightstick SEs from amazon sellers. The last one is arriving in about a week and a half, and that’s to an APO AP address.
While the initial SEs suck, they’re absolutely great after modding.
Although, I would’ve like to get the TEs when they first got out. 
Anyway, Fightstick SEs are available at Amazon. Some for the original asking price.
I ordered a TE from hightechsales. Same scenario as posted earlier, the charge just disappeared from my statement. I just sent them an e-mail. I’m kinda pissed…
Has anyone outside of the US ordered a stick from here? I’m getting a little confused with their shipping as it says it will post to Australia but then has a box that is checked as Canada when I enter the checkout… Any help would be appreciated.
