so then by that time i found out she had a bf but they were taking a “break” (whatever the fuck that means) and i told her id back off since she still liked him and shit and i wouldnt fuck that up for them or anything but i guess she liked me so she stopped fuckin with that nigga
anyway after all this shit, i still remember the day i met her and the day we got together. shit happens i guess, just didnt expect it to happen to me
and for whoever asked if i would be on that site or whatever, no im not. got a plea deal where i just get the probation and not be labeled an offender

First off you can’t talk, you don’t have daughter. Who knows what the father thought. He could have been saying in his head that Carlos was a predator. So you have to think in those terms. You’re not going to walk to the guy who has sex with your 15 year old and be like "hey, would ya mind not fuckin’ underage girls? Okay thanks. "
Secondly, if they let you get off with a warning - in this case probation with no label - they consider yourself lucky because people usually don’t get a second case when it comes to court. And since you got off, just remember to find out about their age beforehand. There’s already too much shit with STD’s, preg traps and so on to deal with the whole age deal.

yeah i know i consider myself real lucky…god was with me that day seriously. luckily i didnt have a record before this of no prior arrests but even then ive been lucky. anyway the judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation because he wanted to know more about me so i go to my p.o. and tell him stuff he needs to hear. later that month i get the p.s.i. report and the father is aware that im not getting any time or being labeled. get this: this nigga was not happy that i got off so easy. he said i should get at least a year or more in jail for what i did to his daughter. now think about that for a second. for what I did to his daughter. i really couldnt believe my eyes when i saw some bs like that. this nigga wanted me locked up for 15+ years or whatever was the max time because of this
you really do have a huge point. i guess if i had a daughter i’d be spitting some crazy shit about how i’m going to stab carlos in the face for touching her. so yeah.

It sounds like this man is not a very good parent. It sounds like he’s putting the whole thing on you. one, you weren’t THAT old, and two, it takes two people to fuck. Instead of having the book thrown at you, maybe daddy should pull lil girl aside and tell her not to be a scandalous bitch and lie about her age.
I guess present your case to the judge how you told us on here. Well, I don’t know, maybe he/she will say “You should’ve clarified her age if you were at all suspicous”. Only reason I even say anything is because I’ve met you before and you seem like a good person, so I would hate that someone at your age gets some shit like this put on them.
