I personally don’t like ajisen ramen. I prefer Shinsengumi, although they’re not as good as Daikokuya and Orochon Ramen (I can only handle level 2 ramen). It’s on Valley in Rosemead (near Mr. Baguette). They’re open til 11 pm too.
