ATTENTION STREET FIGHTERS
my brother and i have built up a rig to record street fighter 4 with.
we’ll be testing out the kinks tomorrow night at around 10ish pm, and do a full recorded run from 10:30 til 11pm roughly. hopefully if it doesnt explode, or of the hard drives dont crash(cuz we’re using REALY REALLY old hard drives). If things go ok, it’ll be good to go for the tournament on saturday.
so just a heads up, we’ll be restarting the 1P SF4 cab at least twice and/or running wires here and there. on the upside, you will be Recorded for Internet Glory.

10pm ? … wouldnt it be better to test stuff early morning or after 11:30pm? I went here early saturday just to wait for an hour because 2 guys where doing something to the 1p cabinet. The scrubby 2p player had a lot of lag in the screen so I hope it doesnt turn that way and/or get people frustrated just seeing how u guys test stuff while the rest cant play.
Damn el fuerte and his mind games once u are knocked down. GG to that player and not so good games to his scrubby sagat friend that sucks pretty bad. I was the akuma/ken dude.

first of all, you weren’t waiting for an hour. it was 30 minutes, i timed myself.
we just want to get some footage of people playing and running the machine for an extended period. setting up is only gonna be like, 5 minutes to restart the machine, then it goes back to regular play.
and we fixed the lag problem.
scott whats the best place to play two dicks? im trying to get into it but the fact that ai’s screen makes all the notes one color kinda throws me off
the best place to play is honestly at AI… i know how you feel though cuz a lot of new players have asked to get a new screen. In time, you’ll start to get used to it where it wont bother you at all. My advice still stands, if you wanna get good, start listening to the soundtracks…
the only other places that have decent setups is SVGL, in norcal. and Tokyo game action, in far-away land. Super arcade is so-so as long as the buttons work.
