I only drove by it but its called “Gamers” on shaw and peach I think it is, it looks fairly new, has to be around a year old or something. Does anyone know about this place? I remember hearing about some comic book shop owner guy and how he was super gay at hosting tourneys and wasn’t a good spot to throw them but does he own this Gamers place? Anyone know? If not, I’m going to go in there and try to work in ranbats being hosted there. its a comic book / card type place and in the middle of fresno basically with spots all around to eat and nice area. Looks like a real good deal if that same guy doesn’t own it, lmk anyone and I’ll jump on it if things are good. :nunchuck:

Ok, I see. Well, this is my proposal to ALL of fresno players; If I can talk this guy to giving 75% pot and 25% to venue would everyone be ok with that? Because I understand the players, us, like to get paid for our work. But from a business stand point, I know this guy just wants to make money if what you tell me is true Jeff. So, if it was a 7 dollar entry fee for tourney, 2 bux for venue, 5 to pot would everyone support this? Because really to me, this seems like the perfect spot.
So if I can talk this guy into making it better for us players to get that fight money, I need peoples support. Because if no one shows up to the ranbats, then ranbats will fail there and that’s one less place in this town with not a lot of option to begin with. So now is the time to SPEAK UP, everyone. (dude with glasses) I went Sunday for casuals and he was riding my nuts about having tournaments but his proposal was bullshit. We wouldn’t be allowed monitors because the owner feels his HD TV’s are the shit and is offended if we try to prove that they lag, the winner only gets 30% of the pot, the entrance fee is $25, and he’s gonna make it so that if fat-ass/anti-social people wanna enter, they would be able enter via PSN and play from home which is fucking retarded. These rules aren’t up for the debate so yeah, listen to baby killer, fuck that place. Also listen to Negaduck, we have a possible place in the works, we just need a bit more time.

Hey guys. I’m gonna go ahead and be straight forward with this. I really want to go to Evo with you guys this year because people that aren’t probably going next year will be going this year. I have absolutely no cash at all.
I know it’s asking for a whole lot but by any chance would anyone be willing to help me financially go to evo? I would be grateful and appreciate it as well as pay whomever back come the end of August (since I will be working by then and receiving financial aid).
