Sweep, jump in start spinning 720 HK, (end Holding up) KKK. You hit the KKK a few frames after the HK, if they block the HK nothing should happen. The problem is that there is a small window for error because if you hit KKK too early you will get running bear grab, since zangief has 6 prejump frames.
The OS isn’t that great since it has a high degree of difficulty and it loses to almost all dps (which is why desk doesn’t show any dp’s other than rog’s super slow one). It will also lose to any hit invincible moves that don’t go airborne (you will get U2 whiff and they get a free punish).
