The option select DP is known for many years in ssf2x, although it’s much harder to do than in sf4. If Aniken ever try to start playing sf4, I don’t think he would have not tried this DP option select technique on his own.

Exactly, footsies isn’t random poking. And I’m not saying reflexes have no bearing, BUT being able to sweep Guile’s c. mk on speed 10 does not mean you have godlike footsies, it means you have godlike reflexes.
I don’t think it’s SNES. There is no training mode, it’s way too slow and it is not even ssf2x.
I just check my dreamcast’s ssf2x and you can set turbo speed up to x6, which is already insanely fast.
I can’t even combo P->DP at that speed…

The SNES version has a code for “mega turbo.” But i’m not sure if that is turbo 10. And you don’t need training mode to practice on it, just go to Vs mode with infinite time.
