I had this problem, and fixed a good chunk of it, earlier this month, when I traded a bunch of shit that I could have played, but not enjoyed beating just for beating its sake, and got enough in store credit at Ghey!Stop! to finance a new 360 Slim.

A few members of congress are planning on updating and trying to pass a data security bill that they have been attempting to put into law for the past 5 years.
It’s essentially going to force companies to establishing at required level of security for their networks. It will, of course, trump any established state laws. The belief is that companies get lax on their security during bad economic times (like this alleged one) to save cost, so this law would eliminate that option.
Although the spirit of law seems sound, bear in mind that will likely bring some sort of taxpayer cost, especially if they plan on creating or expanding an existing govt bureau to enforce it.
