So after watching Alita: Battle Angel the hollywood movie last weekend I caught up to the manga. OMG.
This has got to be one of the most awesome mangas ever. My only sadness is that its not complete and I have to wait every month or two to see the next update. The story will also probably take another 6 years at least to finish.
The Last Order was a bit jarring given the retcon but understandable. The Zott tourney in TLO was a bit TOO long imo but still great. Also the movie completely doesnt to justice to Alita and makes her out to be a whiney teenager dieing for love when shes so much more than that.
In anycase awesome weekend. Hope the artist/writer gets well soon. Apparently he gets sick from time to time. At least its a legit reason unlike the Berserk asshole.

…the overall Vinland Saga manga is divided into four parts. The first three parts include the “War” arc, the “Slave” arc, and the “Eastern Expedition” arc. Yukimura added that the final arc will be more than 50 chapters long with more than 1,000 pages, and will take “several years.”

I didn’t think Alita made her out to be that at all. Movies also based more on the OVA.

Did anyone happen to watch to Konosuba movie that played on Tuesday or plan on catching the viewing of it Tonight?
i had a problem with it at first but not only did i forget about it by halfway, i actually liked it by the end. made her more of a distinct special android girl in my eyes.

I’m at anime NYC and Megalo Box 2 just got announced! It takes places 7 years after the original. It’s expected to come around summer 2020.

No. The lines for any Madoka related are huge. I would spend most of my time in line and I don’t want that from my con experience.
