lol i have forgotten everything about this damn anime. i watched it consistently for like a decade then out of nowhere fell outta it. i forget if it was a time change or they just stopped showing it. but it def was a big part of my 2004/5 ish era of anime watching
I stopped watching Inuyasha because the only fan subs that regularly subbed weren’t particularly great and it just got tiring trying to keep up. I still tried to keep on up anime/manga spoilers though. I’m excited for the new project though.
Well I wonder how many kids did Miroku and Sango end up having between the end of the series and this new one. He had two when the series wrapped up iirc.
Edit: Three at the end twin daughters and a newborn son.
I ended up not liking it because so many cringey annoying weebs kept going on about how amazing it was, and I’m over here like “It’s not even one of Rumiko’s top 3 series…”
Then the Ranma manga releases would have this big ass “From the creator of Inu-Yasha” sticker on them and I just grew to disdain the series.

I stopped watching after the third or fourth power up to the sword and seemingly the cast was still no closer to the end. It was not bad but average and I agree both Ranma and Urusei Yatsura were a lot more entertaining.

Some of those sword buffs ended up being so useless. Like the one that could destroy barriers they spent a few episodes to get that ability only for Naraku to power up again and scoff at that.

I enjoyed Inuyasha til Naraku got away for like the 3rd time, I dipped on out cuz I saw where that shit was going.
the first thing I watched on Hulu was the final season of Inuyasha. my GF squealed with joy when this was announced. Guess I will be roped in again.

Sesshomaru was kind of the only character in Inuyasha I liked. I always wished the show was about him instead lol.

Man the fanfic fodder for the new Inuyasha series will be nuts and also i swore Sessh had a side demon piece later on in the series besides Kagura? Either way looking like early 2000’s with this and a new bleach anime popping up next year.
Was looking to buy Star Blazers 2199 blu-rays just to have. Didn’t know they also remade season 2. Has anyone watched it and is it good? Might have to order those too.
finally binging through vinland saga. took me so long because i dont have alot of time to sit and watch subs. its great but im just like…can we not rape and pillage everrry village.
