I just found out about Ghost In the Shell: Arise. Does anybody have any kind of news on the OVA that is supposedly going to happen. I haven’t been able to find a whole lot. I NEEEEEED ITTTT. The only thing I don’t like is the Major’s past look in the manga.

Haven’t read the manga in like, a year, but apparently, everybody lives in some place together harem style. Second episode was better, had Nagi playing Call of Duty and trying to rent porn.

I did think it was a little weird how only after a year the characters from Shingeki no Kyojin look like they’ve already been going through puberty for a few years.

That’s just a really terrible shot of Mikasa to be honest. I went wtf when I saw it too, she looks like she aged 10 years. I doubt she looks like that in other scenes.

Checked out first episode of Red Data Girl and from what I’ve gathered, it’s about this really shy and sheltered girl who just constantly drowns herself in self pity. Most likely because she’s lived all her life with some kind of supernatural ability that she feels insecure about. Then all of a sudden this prick kid from the past gets thrown into the picture and is suppose to be her manservant or whatever. Kid goes full asshole on said girl the moment they meet and even in the past from the brief time they spent together he was still one towards her then too. Kid kinda gets me lolling to be honest, really gives me Dio like vibes from JoJo haha Oh, and did I mention said girl gets bullied a lot at school too? Well now she has to deal with this extra asshole on top of that too, poor girl. The damn guy is meant to actually serve her instead lol
I suppose this sets things up for some romance down the line though. But I dunno, something about the show just didn’t really grab onto me. It kinda felt a little slow and boring to be honest. Anyone been watching the pre-air episodes? Does it actually get better throughout next few episodes?
It’s a lot better, and different, from the first episode impression, by the end of ep 2.

Oreimo S2 episode 2 was actually pretty funny/entertaining, IMO. It’s kind of funny how Kirino is the weirdest person in the show, despite how much she tries to hide her power level/creepiness.
So the last chapter of Kenichi I read was 450. I checked and saw that I’m now 68 chapters behind so I figured its time time catch up. I’m now on chapter 468 and have been exposed to a healthy dose of Miu’s delicious ass but the best thing so far is USELESS Mercenary John!. Man, I wish I was caught up when this chapter first dropped to see the hype when the truth about this character was revealed.

I don’t know, Misaka is anything but feminine in the manga (at least from what I remember). She has always had those “dead eyes” in the manga as well.
Oh well, I probably would have completely forgot about that shot if people hadn’t brought it up here. It did make me lol the first time I saw it in the anime though.
