Lol I had my girl watch Shiguri. She was all for the guts and nipple slicing and only got mad at the fact that it randomly ended on her with zero resolution to the main characters story. She laughed her ass off at the ep with the daughter passed out after seeing “that”. This show is why I hate the industry. Because the majority won’t watch society style anime (no matter how great they are) in comparison when they can watch an anime that is a generic popular harem comedy style shenanigans because it appeals to the larger masses. I never watched the anime adaption of Sora no Otoshimono, but i read the manga and shit starts getting “serious” after the stupid shit that usually happens around the protagonist and his angel harem
