Hitagi doesn’t really seem the type to resort to lies like that with Araragi though and the phone clearly rings so I dunno… maybe Hanekawa and Hitagi are all buddy-buddy now. It’s been a year after Bake afterall and they both seem to be tutoring him as well, not to mention how annoyed Senjougahara was initially because she thought he was skipping Hanekawa’s lesson to go muck around with the other girls.

Still, good show.

Only reason i’m gonna keep watching is to see if the scientist lady gets in the main character’s pants. Dat ear bite. Kinda getting tired of the blue emo chick with her “i have no emotions” attitude when she can’t get over the fact her friend died years ago

I’ve never been a big anime watcher but I’m halfway through Serial Experiments Lain…this is fucking incredible. Though I’m a big fan of movies like Blade Runner, Apocalypse Now, etc. that many others might find boring/pretentious. Definitely a love it or hate it series.
Now back to watching the rest…
Is it, though? So far the story seems well elaborted, and I haven’t really heard or read much criticisim myself. Maybe it has to do with its popularity.
I remember it starting off kinda slow, but it gradually picked up around the middle. I should probably rewatch it one of these days, the ending was pretty good.
Phantom of the Inferno was exceptionally good. Definitely underrated of its season and of the year.
Will make note of that.
I’m having a blast listening to Bebop’s godlike soundtrack.
I like how they prove with each episode that he’s truly one of the manliest anime cats ever (Actually says something when the man behind the voices of Ryo Saeba and Kenshiro says you’re manly). It can do so much in 2 minutes of airtime than the 20 minutes of airtime that KMB gets.
You might like this, Chibi. Well, maybe.
Denpa Teki na Kanojo is still as good as I remembered from years ago when I first saw it. Its a shame theres only 2 OVAs.
speaking of black lagoon, i finally got around to watching the OVAS roberta blood trail, HOLY FUCK, shit is so godlike, so much guns and blood, loved the fuck out of that shit.
Phantom was really good, i agree, it does go a bit under the radar, not many people know about it or have watched it that i talk to.
Checked out that Poyopoyo show. Best 3 mins a show of such lengths has ever made use of. Pikachu voice actress is sooo gud, such a perfect fit for that roundass cat :3

This must be the season for half-lengthed shows or something. There’s this, Thermae Romae (mentioned a few posts up) and Recorder and Randsell (about a high school sister with the body of a loli and her shouta brother with the body of a grown man). Maybe they’re cutting back or something since their economy ain’t looking so hot as it were before.
