The story in general ultimately feels a bit lacking, I’m not even watching it for the whole undertaker vs whatever scene. I’m interested in seeing the development between Inori and Shu or perhaps Gui and the other girl.[/details]
I mainly think Ryo is doing shit involving singers like Koeda and Chelly because he wants to support the “underground” community he was a part of and help those singers get exposure. He’s done it for Nagi and he’s pretty much doing it for those two girls.

ye-yeah, This is the kind of vicarious living I watch anime for. Looks like denpa onna whatever…that show with space suit girl and aliens, you know, had a middle schooler who had to wear a helmet and one of those moms who never get old, just more and more slutty. It also has hideyoshi from baka test and a flat chest/childhood friend/bitch vs busty ojou sama dichotomy. Throw in an amoral, perverted scientist, child teacher and gothic loli imouto and you’ve got all your bases covered.
See, I was worried earlier, that I may one day grow tired of anime and not have the time for it. That, I would be stuck watching season 2’s and 3’s of shows I had liked, but then they’d fade away and I’d have nothing left.
Now it has become obvious that there are an unlimited amount of variations of anime. Like, they could have a show about a 10 year old scientist who starts a club with a busty childhood friend and attracts a cross dressing girl who pretends to be a yankee. Or a busty yankee who lives in the shadow of their slutty mom, so they enlist the help of an effiminate man who happens to be the ideal house wife. Or an amoral gothic loli has a rivalry with a flat chested childhood friend to see who can surpass their busty, cross dressing scientist father.
…That new queenzu bureido joint is pretty hot. Also the manga “my doll house” has set a new standard for male fantasy. His hormones are so powerful, that women practically rape him, so he has to cross dress to stem the tide of ass. Of course he looks good as a twin tailed girl, and of course, he still gets a lot.
Anyway, my computer time is up and I’m due deportation. No, don’t cry. It’s not all bad… While it was nice to be in a country with the internet again, I miss my tiny wives.
I’ve only watched the mediocre anime for F/SN. Since that was both a long time ago and rather unmemorable, I’ve only retain vague plot points in my head and not much of the details (shit, i even got confused thinking Souchirou was just Kirei but with a different identify when watching Carnival Phantasm lol. I couldn’t even tell that F/SN Lancer was different to F/Z Lancer either lol). I prefer it this way though, keeps things fresh and relatively unpredictable for the most part. By the time i get around to playing F/SN, I’ll probably have forgotten all about F/Z so it’ll all be good lol
EDIT: Oh snap, new Psycho Diaries is out! Yukki’s probably just gonna abuse the crazy Yuno assist again, what a cheap bastard lol.
I Fate/Stay the hell away from every adaptation of that series till Ive played the game. I stopped watching the anime after ep 3 and that was years ago and that was easily considered a terrible adaptation in every sense. So of course I’m not watching Fate/Zero cause I already know that its a prequel that references the hell out of Fate/Stay Night cause its a later game and it might just ruin everything for me.
FSN is actually a light novel. Just go read it if you really want to. Haven’t read the source material, but given ufotable’s previous work with the KnK movies, everything seems to be in order. The production values are pretty baller.
Fate/Zero is a novel you mean. Dunno if there’s a Fate/Stay novel, but wouldn’t be surprised if they did make one somewhere along the way.
Also on that NoitaminA talk a couple post above, the block is capable of making some pretty big sellers too (Honey and Clover, Nodame Cantabile, and the recent AnoHana) along with some decent-selling titles (Toshoku Sensou) to stuff that’s just utter crap at selling (Fractale and [C]).
While their sales do range over the place, on the whole most shows there tend to either just have lack lustre sales overall or fall short of hopeful expectations (Usagi Drop almost getting, but not breaking 5K for example). But still, I don’t think that’s enough to discount the selling potential of Guilty Crown though.
Guilty Crown is the 5th highest ranking pre-ordered show this season (the top 4 pretty much guarateeing 10K sales) and if there was anything that came out of Angel Beats, it’s the fact that it showed us that a series can sell on pretty visuals and brand recognition alone. While Prodution I.G, Supercell (Ryo and Redjuice) and the Code Geass writer might have a little trouble matching up against the Jun Maede brand name, Guilty Crown is rocking a seriously nasty looking production budget and it’d be pretty hard to imagine a larger pile of drivel than Angel Beat’s sorry excuse of a story. I wouldn’t be so quick to call Guilty Crown out on it’s sales figure just yet (even if it does end up sucking, unfortunately enough =/).

Anyone here see the x-men anime? I didn’t know it existed until about a week ago and all I knew of was the ironman,blade and wolverine anime.
Anyway it seems pretty cool to me nothing spectacular but I do like the new girl. She kinda reminds me of holocaust and I was a fan of his so marvel should most def look to using her in the future.
