It’s a standard thing in many 3rd world countries, in the 3rd world pets are simply animals or tools, not companions. you should see how some foreigners react at the concept of a dog sleeping inside the house.
a couple hundred years ago people would catch wild dogs, break their legs to prevent escape and then use the dog to keep them warm at night so using animals as tools is cool but that punk in the grey throwing the puppy looked like he was showing off with some stray dog. if he wanted to end its life, at least do it efficiently
I know muslims view dogs and pigs as unclean, which is sorta true if the dog has rabies…but fuck muslims and the con men who come up with these ideas
