Sakura is not coming back, or I would be incredibly shocked if she did. One of the top reasons she is popular in Japan is due to the fact that you can see her panties. If you age the character she’s either wearing a Gi or Adult clothes being out of high school, no panty shots. That’s why they’ll never age her, she can stay frozen at 16 in out of continuity versus games forever. This might not mean anything to the American audience but to put this… well… delicately… Japanese are perverts…
If Maki finds Guy… they kind of have to have a match, not team up…
Twelve, Necro, Gouki, Oro, Balrog(Ninja), Cammy, these are strange pairings almost as if plot is forcing it on an audience that doesn’t care that much about the game’s plot but even they will look at these teams and say WHOA… I think you can have at best 1 odd pairing team like this, not 3.
EDIT: Think for example the teams made up in KOF. Most of them make sense to the gamer that they don’t have to really read the story to understand why they were made into a team, even a sort of bizarre pairing like Kyo, Shingo and Iori makes sense because they all use a similar style. Sure there’s a story on how the three teamed up but the Gamer doesn’t need to know it if they don’t want to and can except this team fairly easily. Now, say if they were to make a team of Andy Bogard, Geese Howard and Terry Bogard. Unless these where the only 3 Fatal Fury characters the gamer is going to say “WTF?” because these people hate each other with a vengeance, (Andy+Terry hate Geese and vice versa) and you can get this much from playing the games only. Catch my drift? You can also look at the way Capcom paired 2 characters together in SFZ3’s Tag Mode too. Majority of the teams make perfiect sense, though T.Hawk and Feilong is stretching it, but even that makes sense as a ‘new SF2 characters’ team.
Anyway, your idea is still a well thought effort and you obviously put a lot of time into it, so good job! I apologize if I came off a bit harsh, I donated blood on Friday, might not of been in the best of moods oooh…

Well, I didn’t think he died, but someone brought up the point that he was looking for Gouki after SFZ ended. If he found Gouki to fight him, I’m pretty sure he would of got killed.
Adon ‘might’ be dead. He went looking for Gouki; if they fought it would mean he died. Unless Gouki thought he was unworthy of a death match and didn’t go all out. They have not elected a new Mue Thai Champion though so he ‘might’ be alive. Capcom… is pretty bad at killing people beyond a shadow of a doubt. Nash = left no corpse, Chun-Li’s dad = left no corpse, and Keiji Inafune doesn’t straight up tell everyone that Zero killed the original Megaman leaving that theory as conjecture and keeping what happened to him ‘open.’ But Vega(cape) is the only one that’s dead by 100% certainty, by Comic Book / Soap Opera rules if you don’t see a corpse you have to assume that there is a small window’s chance the character could still be alive, but at this point it would be Hella strange I think to bring Vega/Nash/Chun-Li’s dad back, but everything is at the whims of whatever writer they hire. Or, you should look into Marvel comic’s stupid Ass ressurections as of late.
The list is fine. Guy also ‘might’ be dead since Maki is looking for him, but it’s a bit doubtful since he’s a favorite of the Capcom Design staff. And Maki looking for him is from CVS2, Saiki said it’s official though, and she’s looking for him in SFZ3 on the GBA but he shouldn’t be that hard to spot, hmm.
Sano, you’re awesome. I was just curious, really. Guess that was the reason why he does not get up after the Alpha 3 battle against the alleged Fist Assassin.
