I find it utterly fascinating. They’re a private business and can do what the fuck they like. They don’t need to be a platform for anything they don’t want to be, but they do want to set clear boundaries for what they’ll put up with. They put up boundaries, he violated them, he got kicked out of the cool kids club. “Don’t be a dick” is a good baseline rule for participation in online communities, but theirs are a lot more verbose… and he fucked up.
Where’s the problem in this scenario?
I’m much more interested in his trials. Hopefully he pursues that as long as far in the court system, as I’m veerrrrry curious as to court interpretations here.
