American Government Thread 2: RIP John McCain, 81

America will forever be fucked because a large group of people see Trump in this light.

HRC’s twitter today was pretty solid: ā€œBut my emailsā€. XD

I don’t get how you look at somebody toadying up to North Korea and Russia and pissing off our allies and think yeah I want more leadership like that. The bit about ā€œbecause they speak Russianā€ was funny coming from an English speaker.

People believe Trump has the entire world on his shoulders? Oof. That’s some grade A nationalism thoughts right there. As much as a world power the US is, no president has had the entire world on his shoulders. Laughable.

When Walsh starts talking reality…

Seriously today is the start of whatever is next. We learned Clinton got screwed and Trump has earned a star next to his already worst rated presidency of all-time.

We got Rudy/Hannity and the rest of the right-wing propaganda trying to push for a suspension of the Mueller investigation.

Seriously feels like shits gonna hit the fan sooner than later at this point… November needs to come ASAP.

Shit needs to start before the start of the fiscal year

The cult of Trump is a real thing.

Ill sit up in attention just like this you low IQ fat-ass dictator wanna-be…

This made me fucking laugh so hard…

Wetzel’s Pretzels CEO changes tune on $15 minimum wage, says it’s now hurting his workers

ā€œI was very bullish on the minimum wage increase. It was working really well for us. It was working okay for the fast food industry but there is no question you are going to have to see a reduction in the number of restaurants that are out there. You are going to see a reduction in service. And you are going to see more people going to technology to reduce labor costs,ā€ Phelps said.

Phelps added that his own politics are ā€œfairly liberalā€ and he believes the federal minimum wage, currently $7.25 an hour, is much too low. But he now says that a $15 rate is ā€œnot sustainable.ā€ If it were up to him, he would set the minimum wage somewhere above $10.

Minimum wage has to be adjusted for cost of living in given areas. Like, maybe there are different wages by county or city, etc. You can’t live on $10/hr in a place like NYC, but you could live like a king on that out in the sticks somewhere, and a place it in the country may not be able to shoulder the cost of paying people 10 an hour. So there need to be calculations done to reflect what the minimum wage should be given how much the average person spends to live in a given area.

Wage is decided by the state based on its own data(but must be at least the federal law which is set to $7.25) it collects but in the end its pretty much the same way across the board.

The Red states want low taxes on rich, no regulations and low pay. The proven fail method which is why states like Texas/Kansas etc are failing but the Cost of Living in these states is lower technically but so is your min wage(most at $7.25). Rich are rich and poor are poor.

The Blue states have a higher cost of living but have some of the best economies because they tax the rich, pay higher wages and have a shit ton of regulations. This is why CA is among the best economies. States like CA,WA,OR,NY have minimum wages over 10$. In CA and NY the min wage will be 15$ by 2022. This is still not great BUT is a living wage and while your not going to be living on the beach you should be able to not live in the slums so essentially they have more middle class families as opposed to a Rich/Poor polarization.

One of the few states to do a hybrid is Arizona.

Its not possible to just say all states should be 15$ an hour minimum or any amount for that matter.

Or you could just let employers/employees negotiate wages…

LOL, its also why the rent is too damn high and the homeless rate is out of control. Funny you should mention Texas, I’m actually considering moving there to get away from the insane taxes and cost of living in Los Angeles.

lol. i just read a bunch of comments on facebook about the whole Trump/Kim thing. A lot of people are mad about this and claim it as aligning with evil (kim). What I find funny is that it is coming from Americans.

Are Americans that fooled by their news that they don’t realize that they beat NK in terms of ā€œevilsā€? How many countries has NK bombed and invaded in comparison to the USA? How many times do you hear random citizens shooting up a bunch of kids at school? How many natives has NK secluded into tiny-nearly dilapidated corners of states? America is the last country to point out what country is doing human rights violations.

And why exactly is WW3 not happening?

If the first two were planned and they happened — according to plan — what’s stopping WW3 from happening?

Myron Fagan Exposes the Illuminati (1967)

Washington DC

In 1834; the Italian revolutionary leader, Guiseppe Mazzini, was selected by the Illuminati to direct their revolutionary program throughout the world. He served in that capacity until he died in 1872, but some years before he died; Mazzini had enticed an American General named Albert Pike into the Illuminati. Pike was fascinated by the idea of a one-world government and ultimately he became the head of this luciferian conspiracy. Between 1859 and 1871 he, Pike, worked out a military-blueprint for three world wars and various revolutions throughout the world which he considered would forward the conspiracy to its final stage in the 20th century. Again I remind that these conspirators were never concerned with immediate success. They always operated on a long-range view. Pike did most of his work in his home in Little Rock, Arkansas. But a few years later; when the Illuminati’s Lodges of the Grand Orient became suspect and repudiated because of Mazzini’s revolutionary activities in Europe, Pike organized what he called the New and Reformed Palladian Right. He set up three Supreme Councils; one in Charleston, South Carolina, one in Rome, Italy, and a third in Berlin, Germany. He had Mazzini establish 23 subordinate councils in strategic locations throughout the world. These have been the secret headquarters of the world revolutionary movement ever since.

Long before Marconi invented radio; the scientists in the Illuminati had found the means for Pike and the heads of his councils to communicate secretly. It was the discovery of that secret that enabled intelligence-officers to understand how apparently unrelated incidents; one such as the assassination of an Austrian Prince at Sarajevo; took place simultaneously throughout the world, which developed into a war or a revolution. Pike’s plan was as simple as it has proved effective. It called for communism, nazism, political zionism, and other international movements to be organized and used to foment three global world wars and at least two major revolutions.

The first world war was to be fought so as to enable the Illuminati to destroy Czarism in Russia, as vowed by Rothschild after the Czar had torpedoed his scheme at the Congress in Vienna, and to transform Russia into a stronghold of atheistic-communism. The differences stirred up by agents of the Illuminati between the British and German Empires were to be used to foment this war. After the war would be ended; communism was to be built up and used to destroy other governments and weaken religions.

World War II, when and if necessary, was to be fomented by using the controversies between Fascists and political zionists, and here let it be noted that Hitler was financed by Krupp, the Warburgs, the Rothschilds, and other internationalist bankers and that the slaughter of the supposed 6,000,000 Jews by Hitler didn’t bother the Jewish internationalist bankers at all. That slaughter was necessary in order to create worldwide-hatred of the German people and thus bring about war against them. In short; this second world war was to be fought to destroy nazism and increase the power of political Zionism so that the state of Israel could be established in Palestine.

You say that, but in Texas you can buy a decent house for a fraction of the price that you would in any blue state. Have lower mortgage rates and lower property taxes. You just might have to be a bit more self reliant and deal with less amenities that blue states may offer. Which might be why there has been a flood of people moving out of blue states like IL. Cali, NYC for red states.

California also has the largest debt out of all the states. Why is that statistic always ignored when people go on about how great cali is? Homelessness is also extremely high in cali.

Seems that those stupid red states with their affordable living sure have a lot of homeless people… oh wait I guess not.

Well at least with all those taxes I’m sure california takes care of their veterans right?

Oh I guess not. There are almost more homeless veterans in california than in the rest of the country combined.

So much for that bussling economy that liberals love to claim that cali has.

Murrica bitch where border patrol under Trump’s administration runs over Native Americans because yeah bitch murrica

RIP MURRICA

There are more homeless vets in Cali than the rest of the country combined, because they migrate to there - literally.

Try being homeless in NYC or Chitown in the winter, and it’ll become obvious right quick.

The fact that Cali is also the most enlightened, humanitarian, and compassionate state toward, well, HUMANITY, affords the down-trodden even more incentive to go there.

They are going where the people in power see them as actual people themselves.

It speaks to the absolute bare minimal greatness of California, and the complete dearth of worth of the rest of this utter shithole of a cuntry [sic].

EDIT:

Yet another iteration of these boards that cannot handle Guillemet brackets.

What about California splitting into 3 states? What Californian state would you move too…

yeah, it’s pretty hilarious. trumpism has replaced conservative ideas and policies. actual conservatives are afraid to cross of trump’s twitter account. what is trumpism exactly? well, the only thing consistent about is that it’s anything trump says it is at the moment. which is why it’s funny to see trump stans who call themselves ā€œconservativeā€ whip lashing back and forth in blind obedience to whatever fickle edict their cult leader issues that day. no wonder they’ve become triggered snowflakes.

and this is their king. the lost stooge.

also, contrary to paul ryan claims. blue states subsidize red states to the point it allows some of them to keep their own taxes artificially low. red states are more reliant on federal funding (ie: blue states pay far more in federal taxes than they receive in federal spending). lol…it’s funny how these so called ā€œconservativesā€ in these red states talk about their opposition to big government, fiscal responsibility, self reliance, etc, but they’re the first in line at the federal trough. you can see why teachers in OK, KY, AZ, WV, etc went on strike for higher pay in response to these low-tax policies that have starved their education systems. they got their work cut out for them teaching these uneducated rubes to think.

But I thought that cali’s super economy would be able to handle any amount of homeless people. So they can all get jobs and buy super expensive homes. So they shouldn’t have any homeless.

How exactly does someone migrate to cali from NYC? That is quite a large distance between the two places. And seeing how I know people who go out of their way to help homeless people in Chicago, I’d have to dispute your claims of cali having the more considerate people around. Also considering how hateful Californians are to people are different opinions, I’d have to disagree even more so.

I guess that might be why california has a net loss of 1 million people per year these days. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/19/californians-fed-up-with-housing-costs-and-taxes-are-fleeing-state.html
