IIRC the Soviets had proposed that the best way to break democracy was to try to find wedge issues and get them to the point where at least one side was unwilling to compromise. Lo and behold they fund the NRA. Lo and behold they fund the Republicans and work to elect Trump.

2 Blacks killed by a white supremacist who said he doesnāt shoot white people
Attempted assassinations of former presidents and critics of the president by again a white supremacist.
If any of those were done any minority group Trump and Fox would be talking about it 24/7.
While this is just a pre-election stunt to rally his xenophobic base, itās cute to think he might believe he can selectively repeal Constitutional Amendments to suit his whims.
